REST API

JSON endpoints under /api/v1 for companies, filings, and financial statements. Authenticate every request with your API key using the Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY header. The full request and response shape for every endpoint is documented in the interactive API reference.

MCP Server

The Filing Fan MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposes SEC filing data directly to AI assistants like Claude Desktop, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible tools. Connect your AI assistant to query company filings, financial statements, and fund holdings in natural language.

Pricing

Pro subscribers receive 100 free API calls per billing period. Additional calls are funded by prepaid credit packs at $0.01 per call, available with volume discounts. Metered overflow billing is available as an opt-in alternative.
